13, basically, you can't.

TVB has a private forum for its members where we can discuss things.

Like Potato said in game, you can't just join TVB by asking. Potential new TVB members are nominated by existing TVB members. There will then be a discussion in the forum and then if we think they will fit in, invited to join TVB.

You have to remember TVB is NOT so much of a clan, its more of a guild of players who have a certain philosophy of how the game should be played etc..

If you go to the links page on this site, there is a link to TVB's website where you maybe able to learn more etc..
