I dont think a banning will come out of this, but the rules of the ville also apply to the forums. Always remember rule #1 respect your fellow players and dont be an asshole.

I would recommend that you always think before you type, dont get too stressed out about it cause its only a game.

Yes, if we were going to ban you, it would have happened already.

Just be careful what you say on the servers and here on the forums, for what you might think is kidding around could offend others. Also make sure you know the situation in front of you before accusing anyone of cheating or camping spawns.

I warned you on the server that day. If it happened again, you wouldn't return. That warning still applies now.

Look Nathan, this is not a democracy. We do not "vote" on whether or not we will ban you. If one of the admins thinks that you are being offensive to others and generally reducing the fun in our gaming and forum time, you will be removed, no questions asked, just gone... As a matter of fact...

America is not a democracy either, it's a constitutional republic. Think of the Admins as the police, if you break a rule they get to punish you accordingly, some police are meaner than others to offenders just like some Admins are. We don't vote everytime there is someone breaking the law, they just get ticketed or thrown in jail end of story.

Well, Nate's situation aside, I don't think a democracy voting system would work. I mean who would be a registered voter? It can't be all 4,000 or whoever plays on the servers. Then we would have to have voter registration drives. And how could you avoid a tyrrany of the masses where people ban someone who they don't like even though they never broke any rules? Next thing you know we'd be counting hanging chads! No, I think the solution is...

A military style tribunal!

Yep, We appoint a defense counsel and the admins would make up a panel of judges (3 or 5 judges) Then someone gets to be prosecutor and we could hold the whole thing ingame with spectator mode open for lots of people to watch. Witnesses called... HW carrying bailiffs... Yeah, that'd be a blast! At the end the judges could carry out the sentence with crowbars as warning to other would be llamas, or the accused could be freed, or made to fight his way out of the courtroom as a sort of middle of the road sentence.

Well, I will be busy washing my legal briefs tonight, just in case Rob and JD like the idea.
