This is a thank you to the complaint dept. A few cheaters have been stopped thanks to it. I put in a complaint a few days ago, first BRN replied to let me know that it had been seen, even though he does not play NS. Today I got a reply from Rob who told me that they had been banned. Thank you so much for stopping cheaters. Nothing can ruin the game faster than them.

Same thing happened to me, first BRN replied, then Rob did today(neither one could figure out the problem, though) 
This new complaint thing is better than the old forum IMO.
