It is called a segway (sp?). It doesn't necessarily replace walking, but it does look like that. It is a badass invention that looks like it would be a blast to ride around on. The government is buying them for mail carriers that deliver in shopping centers or walk miles a day to deliver mail. Also I heard of a mall here in Houston that purchased them for the security team. It allows them to get to a location faster and w/o being out of breath... we all no that’s a plus: lol: .
