I just wanted to sign up for that contest and it said Mr.Kason Allen was not found in our Member list now did someone block me or is it something else.

Are you a supporter or just a member of the forums?? If you tried to sign up as a member and are not a supporter than it won't work, I think. There are actually 2 options when you sign up. I think you chose the wrong one, unless of course you are a supporter, then an update is neccesary.
