not sure if this would be possible but i was wondering if there was a way where all villunscould post thier complaints in a special forum that only admins could read... so basicly is would just be a mass pm that way there wouldnt be all the flaming that tends to follow a complaint

thinks its a great idea but i leave into the admins and cooucil for them to figure out.. maybe this has come up before but also if u look at it people have there right to maybe place an opinion?

thats how it works at pete's. There's a dispute resolution email address that people file there complaint with and a "super admin" or pete (now that he's back) deals with the problem behind closed doors.

I took this to the admin lounge with my own idea off of warpigs, a support ticket system & we can call it a complaint/question submission. THink that would be better?
