any skiiers here? i was wondering if anyone had and good tidbits of info on waxing and/or grinding edges...i jsut spent 2 horus this evening almost entirely rebuilding my bases wiht p-tex from stupid grass in NJ skiing lol... not that i dont love burnt fingers, a slashed elbow, and a headache, but anyone know better ways to do anything? i 2 custom-cut wood blocks i use to hold the skis up- close the bindings around the blocks, and secure the blocks with a vise...works great except it only fits 1 size binsing, and the one i made last year doesnt fit my same size binding this year...i think it was "trimmed" though by a certain unscroupulous building maniac of a 8 year old brother i have...;> _________________ my pic host-age died!

Try spray on wax. my friend used like half the bottle on his snowboard and it felt like a sheet of glass. Or you could go and buy some wax and melt it with an old iron. about edges, i dont know much. then again im a boarder and know didley squat about skis _________________
