I'm telling you guys, the law of conservation states that the freakishly warm weather in Utah makes up for how cold it is everywhere else. Only in the last two weeks have we hit temperatures below freezing. Before that, all through December and January, it was warm as spring.
So I'll make a travel brochure for Utah. Is it too cold where you live? Then move to the beehive state! We're so warm you'll miss your hometown where you can't leave the brass monkeys outside!

Well except for work usually the feet our bare skin naked unless I have to go to the store then it's sandels....never sandels and socks though!
