Question about the ville 7

Lately everytime i try to get into the ville 7 it never loads but kicks me out of DOD and back to my wall paper. After about 7 to 10 attempts of trying to get into the server it will finally let me. Is this something with the server or my computer. If it is my computer then how do i go about fixing it because it is very annoying. Thank you.

Nope just TV 7 and ive tried to get on a couple other DOD servers and it just seems like TV 7 is the only one

That happened to me last night. I just rebooted and was able to access TV7.

How many of you are with Earthlink ? This started with me after updating their Toolbar. Close it and then use Alt-Tab releasing ALT first after seeing the DOD screen. If done right you won't lose your sound.

I don't know what the deal is, but for the name reserved thing, try checking your config.cfg files for Player. There is a Valve one and a Half-Life one that were causing problems for me even though my DoD name was FingerDemon.

If the next map is not loading you can enter in console:

exec autoexec.cfg
click enter
then type retry

This will load the map and avoid you from having to exit game.
