I've decided to re-install Half Life because I have countless duplicate sub folders for maps, sounds ect. I tried 5 or 6 different paths to install maps for TVB night and still missed the right one. Anyway, I went to the Ville download section and noticed that when I clicked a file to download, a new window would appear which said 'Forbidden'. Every file I tried gave the same. All I really want at this point is the Ville Soundpack. Can anyone help?

Thank you for the link Darkath and I appreciate your offer Pond. All is pretty much back to normal with one file folder for tfc, one for maps, ect. I don't know how I got so many folders but it's nice and tidy now.
