I enjoy the small talk on the servers. Most of the time the regulars on the server quite down when someone requests it. Ellroy is a very funny guy and so are a lot of other players. Only 2 times in the past did I get a little upset and both involved what sounded like a young boy who was yelling into the mic and was asked several times to quit spamming. After several warnings both were kicked and the game continued. I think that overall the admin does a great job.

New idea:

Don't argue with the admins. They do an un-enviable job, leave them alone. If they tell you to stfu and/or kick/ban you for life, there was probably a good reason.

At any rate, we've talked the issue to the point of exhaustion, let it die. We've all put our 2 cents in now, so lets move along elsewhere.
