Most of them dont work for me...mostly because i drink mt. dew like its water.lol Good old coffee for me when i need a kick start. wait Red Bull and Yagar thats about it for me

| Most Eneregy drinks use sugar and caffeine to get you going, but after that wears off you fall even deeper than you were before. Eneregy drinks that use B vitamins work best. I drink XS which is a new energy drink that has 0 Sugars 0 Carbs and Caffeine Free. B12 is the major factor that contibutes to a constant flow of energy. Athletes and Elderly people take shots or injections of b12 to get them going in the morning (elderly) or to get them ready for a game (athletes.) B vitamins are part of the group called "water soluble" vitamins. Excessive amounts of "water soluble" vitamins are merely excreted through the urine., so you cant overdose. You would have to drink 12 cans within 10minutes, to even feel sick from B12. One can of XS is about 1/3 a b12 perscribed injection, and injections run aprx $60each. Just be sure to read all the ingredients and dont abuse energy drinks and youll be fine. |

Thanks for stealing my avatar, you didn't even bother to change the hosting or ask me. You probably don't even know why EA is evil. I wish there was a way i could take down the image through imageshack so you don't have that anymore.

I bought this at the BJ's near my house in the produce section and got the mocha cap, and fruit smoothie....omg talk about heaven. definately a must buy.
