well as far as i knwo thats HTML, and the easy way to do it is right click the pic, do properties, copy the web address of the pic ex: http://www.theville.org/~gizanked/gizanked%20sig.jpg and then paste it into here highlight and click the img button, easy as that. and if you already knew this i'm sorry for repeating it, lol. this also goes for those of you that don't knwo how to put pics into posts...
