we dont get sun here in wales so im not used to it

I get to spend that much time at the beach too... And everyday we get so much sun!!! Very rarely it is overcast but its still good. Especially now, its been getting really hot.

Oh and Mikey, i got a nice pool in my backyard too and a spa.... tee hee hee.

i live 30 mins from a beach -- but its a crappy beach so i dont go their to often -- and the waves their are crap too

i live 30 mins from beach.... if you count long island sound a beach :|.. but then again.. i'm still 45 mins from the rhode island beaches

Being a redhead, I too get nasty sunburns. Yes, aloe vera helps alot... but if you don't have it, just use a damp towel. I'm usually dumb enough to let my back/shoulders get fried, so a nice cold wet towel on my shoulders helps alot. I just need to find some sunblock with SPF 500+ or SPF "flannel shirt"

lol -- bbf im glad im not the only one who burns easily

but its ok now -- a lil red but its mainly all gone tanned -- and i always use after sun lotion stuff -- prevents pealing -- takes the heat outta your skin and generally sooths the sun burn

What kind of pool do you have now??? One of those ones that you buy and are above ground???? I have a inground pool thats been here for 25years, i think. And its shaped kinda like a huge arrow. The shallow end is the triangular portion of the arrow and the deep end is the rectangular portion of the arrow.
