Well, good luck! Don't give up. It is so sweet when you can actually do it... push through the pain! It'll pass soon enough. _________________

Some good programs that I have that you might want to look into are: Vegas (for recording guitar), Sound Forge (editing and such), Acid (to loop everything and all that great stuff)...I also have Cakewalk to record guitar stuff, but I think Vegas is much easier to use.
By the way I also play guitar... I have a Gibson Les Paul Custom, Ibanez JS-100, Yamaha Pacifica (high-quality strat replica), and a Carlos classical acoustic.
I record a lot on my computer, and play pretty much every type of music there is. Oh, and I have 12 effects pedals from the digitech whammy pedal to a korg processor to 3 different wah pedals, etc etc...im working on getting a mesa boogie triple rectifier full stack.
Good luck OBH
And everyone check out my guitar instructor (he was #1 rock guitar instrumentalist on mp3.com for quite some time) at www.mp3.com/marcpattison or his site at www.marcpattison.com |
