This week has been great for tips. First OBH gave out the secret of print screen key usage. Now this one on how to recover Word documents from the elusive Temp's files.
One question Finger, Does it also work for Excel?
I think since this is a comfortable place for most of us and gives us a inside ear to people who actually have RTFM we should have a Computer tips thread. !
After all we don't want to end up like this guy.

I think that would be great. A computer thread. A Computer FAQ, so to speak. Everything from soundcard issues to Word issues and config tweaks could go there. Good idea Roofie. 
We really do have a wide variety of people in this community. They are very helpful. |

Yea as soon as I had this problem... and most others I think to come here and post there are somany knowlegeable people here from such a wide variety of places that i bet you coudl find out just about anything about nearly everything. AGain guys thanks so much for your help.
