Alright, I'm trying to get DoD and Desert Crisis to work, still having troubles.
I can't even change the directory file in Desert Crisis, and I am still having that problem with DoD that I had before. I've tried reinstalling EVERYTHING!!
Doesn't work. Any suggestions??

| i have a prob with dod, it happens frequently, it just closes, the entire program likea crash, i'm running and boom its all gone, i dont know what its about |

video card problem, either get the updated drivers or run it in software mode like I do and you should be fine.

More Problems, Please help! Anyone!
I finally got DoD to work ( You legend linktodeath!!!! ) and so I tried to join a few DoD servers, but all the time, it just quit and said : Your .dll [ cl_dllslclient.dll] differs from the server.
So I said to myself, I'll create my own game, see what the game is like, but when I clicked on Create Game, there weren't ANY maps at all!!

You got a differnt thing from them like a map that is made just a little bit differnt so you can't join.. you do not have a up to date version so your things are not the same...

That was for Shibby, The only way I could help you at this point omega is to remotly control your PC from netmeeting and see if I could set it up for you, but im not doing that for liability reasons lol. Keep trying id love to see ya in game as we need more people to start playing so we can get a full server more often. Let me see if I can come up with something for you in the mean time

There's always VNC to use as a remote connection. I have it so I can mess with my computer while I'm at work. The refresh rate is decent with it depending on how good the lines are between you and the target.

You need DOD 2.0 and I recommend fileplanet.com they have a mirror in Australia too. Isn't that where you are from?

Alright, I just went to Fileplantet, and they had DoD V2.1 .....
Does The Ville run Dod V2.0 or V2.1? And is it going to be taken off TV2 or not? |
