You still have to upgrade manually until NS 3.0 is out of the Beta stages

ok...y does this not work...i dl and installed and it still says my .dll doesnt match...

Do you have the beta 2 patch? and mor importantly, did you get beta 1 first (that may sound stupid, but one of my friends did not know you need both)?
