az you officially impress me, i have been trying to learn arabic since forever, that and russian, just tere is no place by me for me to learn, u learn through military?

Yea he probably did - after all they always get trained in one foreign language (or atleast members of SF/SOCOM do). It was probably on the job training too unless he learned during/after training.
