Here a very good hint from this thread. Very useful on maps like Charlie.

I just hit k once a map (unless I like the background noise for that map)

I do it for all maps except Anzio and Avalanche.

Actually it isn't but this will work for what he is looking to do. There was another one but I can't seem to remember where it is.
