I didn't make it for USV specifically. If you notice it starts off with The Ville. I then added the guilds/chapters in their order of appearance. TVB then USV then jFf-USV then B3-USV. The rest Teamwork, Respect, Fun describes what they are like.
I'm working on a sig that incorporates more aspects of The Ville but I'm trying to balance the coolness with the file size at the moment. Nothing I make is for any one person. I can usually change the text on anything I make rather easily. All anyone has to do is ask.
