Bin Laden and co. for some inexplicable reason say "Right we actually like you Americans" Then Bin Laden himself turns himself in and says "do justice on me".
Are you saying we should still pound the crap of Afghanistan?

If that what my government sees fit to do then yes. I'm sorry you don't don't see humor in these Greebo, you take them to personally, they are meant for a laugh. Nobody's forcing you to watch it.

The war is against Terrorism and the Taliban and anyone who aids terrorists. The terrorists just happen to live in Afganistan.
We aren't against Afgani's, we've dropped them tons of food trying to help them out.
The cartoon was attacking the terrorists, not the people of Afganistan!!!!!

I don't think it was refering to the afagan people in general. I got they were all terroists in training camp and in there caves.

I think the people who would be really upset are the Peace people who are portrayed as closet killers.
Thinking that old Binny would have a heart that beats for the good old USA is a little farfetched also.

Just cause the cartoons subject sucks dosen't mean it or pieces of it aren't humorous or insightful. just because you chuckle or have empathy for it dosen't mean you have to agree or support the message.

By the way no one I know wants to kill any afgany people women or children or men. We do want to get those responsible though.
I'm sure some people who want to kill everyone, are out there but as far as I can see we feel sorry for the afganies and want them to come out of this whole again.

Greebo, I fail to see how you can be so pacifistic in your political views and so stern and unwaivering in your admin duties on the ville. Almost seems like 2 different people to me.

I'm not a War Monger by any means but I'm 100% behind what is taking place right now. Yes I think at some point we have to take a look at why so many people feel that way about our country but NOW isn't the time. Besides it is quit possible the flaw lies with them.

We Americans will make fun of everything (except dressing drag, we leave that for the Brits) and deal with serious things by using humor. Natural reaction would be to hate all Muslims or all Arabs or all of someone as it appears many Arabs do by hating ALL Americans. We haven't lowered ourselves to that level yet. But dammit we have a right to belittle those people who hate blindly and I for one am tired of hearing your Bleeding heart Turn the other cheek attitude about it, but will defend your right to express it, so There

But I will belittle or make fun of those responsible every chance I get and feel quit justified in doing so.

Cycodad, I have a good reason why Greebo can be so passive, and yet so aggressive on TFC. Its because TFC is a game!!! Nobody really gets killed in TFC. However, the Afghani thing is real. Innocent people are dying for no reason other than revenge fueled by hatred. In my eyes, the government was wrong to attack Afghanistan. It seems that I really cant agree with most anything the government does since our latest president. WAIT, WAIT! Im not trying to open this whole political discussion again, Im just stating that I dont agree with their desicion. Two wrongs dont make a right, but people seem to think they do. Greebo, Im behind you.

The reason I'm different in games compared to political views is that they're two different things. In games it's not real life, people aren't REALLY getting killed.
In political views, to me more exact - war, they are getting killed.

And again where have I said turn the other cheek??????

I too think bin laden should be brought to justice, but not by bombing your way up and down the country.
And seeing as I'm a prophet I can predict someone will say "Go on then, smartarse, tell me what should be done" I might as well get that out of the way.

Yes, bombs are needed, but not in inner city areas.
Bomb the outer areas, where the risk of civilian casualties are significantly lower.
Land the ground troops in those areas - use them to take the cities, the risk to civilians would be far less. Bombs don't discriminate, people can.
Over throw the taleban.

Then worry about bin laden.

Without over throwing the taleban you can't get him (at least not without being lucky).

Wiping out terrorism with bombs is rather like trying to wipe out the flu with a sledgehammer - it doesn't work.

Yeah if it were all magic and no one got hurt.
I haven't heard any carpet bombing stories.
The attack has shown remarkable restraint.
If you think anyone can do something like this and not kill is rather naive and wishfull thinking.
They are trying the best they can. Accidents will be made.
Ask yourself would you rather have the russians invade your country or the americans.
