Hey I found something out a couple days ago. If you share half life with someone else on the same computer and if you guys like different controls you can always make a second config in the half life or what ever mod and then when you are in game type in exec name of the 2nd config in consle then hit enter and the 2nd config will be loaded and the controls. and the origanly config is in auto exec folder so it will start with the original config and not the 2nd one.

You can make any .cfg file in the mod folder (e.g. C:/SIERRA/Half-Life/tfc) with any name. Any settings and commands you put in there will be executed when you type "exec name-of-file.cfg".

i like switching peoples strafe keys (i.e. they go left when they wanna go right) or turn invert mouse on. oh man that makes for good times.
