OK, so I got a room at the stratosphere. I kind of want to check out the cirque du soleil show on the 1st, anyone else want to go? tickets are 88 bucks each, but from what I've heard, it's a great show.

You heard correct. I have heard that it is an incredible show from a bunch of people. I wish I had the money cause I would go. Catch me in IM sometime and we can arrange for a ride over to the Bash.

Where's it at?
I'm getting into town Friday afternoon and could go for a show.
Saw BMG at Luxor last time. They were great.

Oh, Treasure Island, decent seats, mid-level left of stage.
I could go for that.

Click--->Cirque du Soleil go to the entertainment page.

Saw the show a few years back one of the best I've seen in Vegas.

There is also a show called Click---> "O" Cirque du Soleil at Bellagio Is just as good but a bit more $$.

BTW, and I just thought of this, does anyone need a ride up from SoCal? I'll be leaving very early on the 1st, and I"ll be driving up from Palm Springs, as that is where I'll be visiting family (You guys are lucky I like all of you more). I can only take 3, as I will be driving my mustang up (I figure since the old 65 is running, might as well drive it back into the ground), and there is no AC, so it'd be a tidbit warm, but if anyone needs a ride, you'd be more than welcome.

Can you swing by here and give me a lift? If so, I would be more than happy to attend. It's not that far out of your way...honest.

Just to defend myself from these stereotypical allegations, I like A/C just as much as the next guy, it's just that I'm also a realist, and A/C in a 65 mustang was not a standard option, so I've had to live without certain luxeries. It's not as bad as most would think, unless it's summertime in Palm Springs, which makes it damn near unbearable. Then I drive my truck. However, for this little excursion, my truck will still be in N.C. so I have to make do.
