Woooah people ! Greebo is entitled to his point of view, the same as you are entitled to yours. You have to remember that the U.K. has been fighting terrorist and getting killed by them a heck of a lot more longer and more often than allot of countries. We may have even become "Conditioned to it"
Aslo try to remember that (yes it was on American soil) that alot of countries lost loved ones that day. Yes, it may have been that America lost a hell of allot more loved ones.. But where was the U.S. when the IRA were blowing the crap out of everyone in the U.K., left right and center ?????? Some of the people in the U.S. were ACTUALLY supporting their attacks, both in arms and money, are those same people under the same threat as the afghans ?? I doubt it.. so before the u.s and other countries go flying off to bomb someone, try putting your own house in order first. REvenge is such an easy route to take without truly thinking things through.
Finally, fighting the Germans is alot easier than fighting an enemy that hides away behind buarocratic bullshit.
I'm not trying to upset or provoke any arguments here, but after living in both countries and experiencing both cultures, it needs to be said that one thing that needs to be changed is the foreign policies of the U.S. UNLESS it is absolutely necessary, DONT get involved with other countries disputes and then expect no one on the other side not to turn into a terroist out of resentment that you were involved in the first place.
The U.S. is a great country, but it does have the right to try an police the world and nor should the rest of the world expect it too.
Sermon over, I hope I did not insult anyone and we all still remain friends.
Finally, I still pray for the loved ones of those lost and God Bless both America and any other decent law abiding country.
