I agree, I love chicken on the barbie. :O

That marinated chinese pork from quality market is the best. To heck with recipies, I just buy it from specialty stores. Less work.

maybe you aren't grilling the chicken right... or maybe there is something wrong with your oven if roasting it tastes the same. lol

one of my favorite ways to eat chicken...

1 ziploc slider bag

1 pack of drumsticks ( because they are dirt cheap)

1 heaping spoonful of busha brownes jerk seasoning

a few TBSP of olive oil.

put all that stuff in the bag and mix it around. i also like to add a little extra fresh ground pepper. the oil basically helps to thin out the paste. i let it sit int he fridge then for an hour or two, unless if you are REALLY hungry

let the chicken sear on the grill then move to the top rack to finish cooking on a nice slow heat.

if you want some more heat and flavor put the sauce on at the end...

the pictures lead to a site that sells them. but i'm not sure if they are the best prices so look around!

Hmmmm stories of my wifes cooking, well lets see.

How about the time she exploded the eggs in the microwave....yes hunny...you take the eggs out of the shell before you put them in. Or maybe the fact the "pre-cooked" does not mean "ready to eat".... And we could go on.

she did, havent you seen those nice little trays you put ur eggs in. God they look nasty, but then again eggs make me puke. Only way I can eat eggs is if its part of a mix and they are basically unknown. Scrambled, omletts, sunny side up, hardboiled etc etc. NO way.

Tip For a Bad Ass Burger

i havent tried this on the grill yet but it tasted pretty good when i made it 10 minutes ago on the stove:

spray cooking spray on pan, then add butter after the burgers been on for about a minute and a half.

add a few splashes of hot sauce (i used tobasco)
add a generous amount of powdered red pepper, cayenne (spelling) and paprika

cook until done then eat.

burger turned out pretty good considering i just started adding random stuff to it (like i usually do)
