I voted Unbreakable, because I think the quality of the movie is better than the 6th sense, which however is a brillant movie too.

Sign was crap IMO

I like Signs the best, but not by much. Its probably because I've always been fascinated with UFOs and other unexplained stuff like that. I always enjoy the endings of Shamlamadingdong because they are very different from most movies now a day.

I have heard about a russian (I think) movie that has been made in 1 shot. Lasted more than 1 and a half hour and with more than 200+ extra. If I remember correctly it talks about how Russia was "born".

the movie Timecode does that, but has 4 cameras going at once to make a split screen. they shot the whole movie like 20 something times. ugh

timecode cheats we all know that jfety and even if it didn't strangers on a train's camera shot is better by far........ugh timecode....as far as the Russian film goes i have never seen it but heard of it and i think its really not that long i think its more like 10 minutes due to the problems of having a camera that could hold more film. Might be shorter than 10. I will have to consult my film history 1 book.

I think (still need to check book) the film you are talking about is Russian filmmaker Eistenstien's (sp) epic Bronenosets Potyomkin (battleship Potyomkin) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0015648/

EDIT:

As jfet has pointed out to me timecode doesn't really cheat (i still think it does) but it uses DV which you can film a 3 hour movie on one tape...err jfet.

Lhiannan, YPAWOM, and powder all summed up my opinions on his works. Sixth Sense and Unbreakable were good, other two too predictable, lacking in quality, seem more to try to prove he can make you not suspect the ending.... Wow, can't explain what I mean... oh well, read LS, YPWOM, and powder's they did a great job describing it.

I did not expect the ending in the Village, that was the best part, other then that is was pretty dumb
