Listen up video nub's. Make sure you know what format the card you buy records in. If you want to make vcd's ot svcd's its in your best intrest to get a card that compresses the video on the fly, otherwise you will have to record as a .avi then use software to convert to mpeg. THis can take some time.
/edit to add, that card will work good for what you want gamepro _________________ All comments are not nessasary those of the author so should not be taken as so.

This just blows my mind, how lazy can people get, if your going to sit in front of lit up box all day at least take the energy to walk back and forth between the TV room and the computer room.....no wonder this country has so many out of shape, unhealthy people.
This isn't directed at you Vulcan, just the technology is what I am ranting at. And if its a question of not enough hours in the day can you really do both actions at the same time efficently? |

You miss the point too. whose to say there is only one computer. once your hooked up you can time shift shows easy. Kick out that old VCR. Now you can go do the things you want to do and have your favorite shows available when you want them. searchable, pausable, much more control. Who would want to have all the added bulk of music equipment when with one box and some amps you could run a whole house entertainment system.
Why play games on a lousy 21 inch monitor when you can play on 61 inches of hdtv with a sound system that shakes the house!
Yeah the computer is going into the what was called the tv room and kicking ass. Doesnt matter if its small or large ![](images/smiles/icon_razz.gif) _________________ Only in America......do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille lettering. |
