hehe in adminop you get points for capping and killing. with those points you can buy: god, noclip, weapons, speed,.............
really fun. all you need is a file you need to download at www.adminop.net

no you don't. you get the crosshair that you use for your ac.
why should you get a dot if you are using the ac???
