The hurt will be minimal; The sights and sounds (and maybe heat) could overwhelm you though! That's what bars, lounges, and pools were made for.....

Heat.... Vegas doesn't know what heat is..... This week the temp has been in the high teens... and thats in the shade.... DIH and I live in the low Sonoran Desert..... Hot, Hot, Hot, ..... Ya know even the water from the tap is on the hot side.... Pool water is like you jumped into a hot tub!
It will be nice to be in the cooler temps...

The temps recorded for Vegas are usually from the coolest place in the valley. The temps at my house are usually about 10 degrees warmer then the "official" temp for the city. If you guys want to meet up before the actual bash then send me a PM. I will be available Friday afternoon after around 4 or so. I will give whoever is interested my phone # and we can hook up somewhere.

I'm shortly going to start PM'ing everyone on the confirmed list so we have everything ready. I will be PM'ing my contact info etc. I'll let BRN contact on his own.
The General Plans thus far...
6PM - Meet just outside the MGM (street level) near the bottom of the escalator and the MGM fountain. People can go inside once we meet and wait in the bar area (or gamble for those over 21) or in the main lounge just inside the doors.
Food - For now I still have the MGM Buffet listed for dinner. I'm not sure we can get 16 at combined tables. However I can try whining like hell for it.
Games - Just down the street from the MGM is Gameworks. For all ages.
At this point last year it was 1AM and most people called it a night. Depending on schedules I can probably stay out later.
Vegas in 10 days...
