now i know this is prolly a dumb and simple question, but can i cut parts out of my mp3's? because there are "hidden" tracks at the end of some song and i really have no urge to lsiten to silence for those minutes, or even cut off the end of songs that i don't want the end on.... please tell me its simple and all that, and if it is i'll smack myself for you

Just download a program to do it. I use Goldwave, which can do a couple of other things as well.
