The membership section is totally sweet!
Something I was wondering though, is the Ville Supporter page built yet? And if so, where can I find it? I realize its probably still empty, the whole system still being new, but I would like to see the names up there!

I signed up for PayPal, but have to wait to get a member number on my credit card bill. Did you all have to wait for that?

If you're not 18, try asking your parents to charge it with THEIR cards! You might want to give them cash back, just to be nice....but that's up to you

question on this do money orders count? and how would i send it vai the information to rob or something? i looked at the info but have no credit card :'(.. what would the address be to send money orders or is that in the paypal program? or could it be if u wanted to join but that was the only way u could pay? that is another idea to look into? hmmm let me know what u think of it ktulu or my idea of the money order thing?

Currently (to my knowlegde) Paypal is the ONLY way to obtain membership. Which means you need a credit card. This makes is a lot easier on the ville's end, because all the transaction happen via a thrid party, and theres less chance of losing stuff in the mail. If things change there will be an announcement, so...dont give up!

I think I figured it out. I didn't give my credit card company my home phone number. PayPal can't entirely confirm my credit card, so they're making me wait until I get a statement to confirm that it's actually my card.
Then the Gold will be mine!!! Muwahahaa

i just PM'ed rob. the only way to pay is with paypal. I have no creditcard so i'm not able to pay to.

You DO NOT have to have a credit card to use PayPal. You can set up PayPal to take the funds right out of your bank account.
The reasons Twisted listed as to why Paypal is the only way to join at this point are correct. It's the safest way for everybody.
Another solution.... If you know somebody with a credit card just give them the cash and have them use thier card. They Paypal account does not have to be registered to you. |

i already found that out but how do i need to change paypal to take the amount of money from my bankaccount. I don't know anyone who has a creditcard.
