Did you read any of my posts? I did not ask for any of the others to be unbanned. If you give me an explanation as to why goat was banned I will gladly drop it. But I as a member of theville community would like to know why someone is banned for simply stating there opinions. Are you somehow offended because your clan was the one he was stating his opinion against? I for one know you are still bitter from the thread you started in our forum, so if you had a decision in the bannings it was a wieghted decision from the beginning, you came to our forum looking for trouble, and when you got it you attacked us the same way some of us were attacking you. So please explain why the ban for goat?

That's just it Chan, it's not just to one person, it's to all of the admins involved in the decision on the bannings, but seeing as how Roof was the one who locked the thread and is probably the only admin around I used his name in the topic to get his attention.

Here is some history for others and a reason that I will not support unbannig anyone.
This was to Veil a couple of nights ago when he PM'd me.






Veil, I want to thank you for the letter.

Even though I disagree with why we were attacked and how, I can see clearly some of your points, I will be requesting changes that reflect our Ville roots better, and to help prevent freakish attacks.

USV is a Ville group. I dont get out into the outside TFC community much.
I really dont care what happens out there.
I play here because I like the rules here. I like to play like a noob or whatever you want to call it. I do not support league rules here. You can all go play and have as much fun with league stuff as you like elsewhere I dont care.
But while on the Ville servers league rules and customs will not be supported, period.

This time your group has gone to far for me to support them anymore. I don't know who is in charge or if its a loose knit group, so I will refer to it as your group.

You may not realize this but Ktulu and I have been eps strongest supporters ( not the only, but the most vocal.). We have prevented banning and fought till blood was running.

The following information is from my view and while it might sound slanted ( like I have done alot alone) it does not contain others efforts and how they supported ep, and others.

Getting snag unbanned was a major deal.

Keeping your group unbanned before was a major deal.

Dealing with our own admin problems was a major deal.

I listened to your posts and reasons why you were all angry.
I stopped locking topics and I put back some that JD moved.
I talked to Jd about it. he agreed that he would restrain himself a little.
We decided to let them run their course.

Mul sank his own boat, you know as well as I that he wanted to do something spectaular to get booted as an admin. He was going off as how unhappy he was. He did what he did and I pmed him and asked him what was up and if he was so unhappy to just quit. I also told him I would do what I could to stop his behaviour.

He then told me he was unhappy and that he would quit. He said good by in the admin fourms. I thought at that time, well maybe there is hope for him.
Then he started distorting the truth and lieing about it all. not only that he broadcast it everywhere. I can no longer stand by while he trashs stuff.
He was once a likeable young man I always enjoyed playing with and now he is just angry and full of shit.

I came to your FORUMS. Having been pushed by Frags demands that you all be banned. He told me to get off my butt and try to do something instead of being a bleeding heart liberal, Instead I first fought him tooth and nail to not ban you all. So when it was decided to let you all stay. I came to your fourms hoping to change things a little.

I posted and listened, and posted my thoughts again, I told you what I saw as happening if it did not change. I tried to tell you that a lot of the stuff you were basing your anger on was unfounded. that someone was uninformed or wrong info was being told. Now with hindsight I can see some of it. I assume you can too. Im not in your circle of irc chatter or however you all stay in contact with each other. But it is apparent that it is public and copy pasteable.

I thought things may of been getting better. I tried to keep any game chatter down that was anti ep, low and behold it was incognito ep members slamming each other! What the heck, setting up your own future complaints??? Naw probalby just having fun. I assumed.

It is now apparent that eps members are not going to change in the slightest. Not only that but they go out of there way to cause strife.

So where are we now? Someone is stiring the pot. Why did all of you come out of your irc chats and attack usv? why did you not pm me?

I really dont know, but I am not going to support ep or any of its members anymore. You have gone to far as a group and certainly as individuals. You are all not welcome here anymore in my eyes.
If any of your clan really cared they would of spoken up, not stood by while there clan mates ran amok.

Ok for the last time, I AM NOT SPEAKING FOR EVERYONE WHO GOT BANNED, SINCE I DO NOT AFFILIATE WITH THEM FOR THE MOST PART. On the other hand I pub with goat almost every time he is on theville. And we mess with each other, about getting killed or hacking or whatever. But we never slander someone else in game or say someone sucks or whatever have you. We (me and goat for those or you that are lost) keep to ourselfs for the most part. And I can not control what someone posts, if someone from the clan posts something it is on there behalf not on the clans. Sorry I am not going to PM's but you decided to post something. I am not attacking you just wanting an explantion as to why DISGRUNTLED GOAT was banned. He posted in a thread that opposed your clan (so to say). That's it, he wasn't stirring up trouble, just stating some experiences he had with your clan members, is that so bad? If you are going to ban someone because they state there opinions then what is the point of the complaint department? You guys have to remember this is just a game, and not everything someone says is really how they feel. This is a virtual world, not real life. So please don't take things so seriously. That is all, I won't post anymore to this thread, I just would like an explanation as to why goat was banned, since I pub with him here all the time. You guys don't seem to be grasping what i'm saying. I don't know. If you guys decide to keep the ban on Goat that's fine, but you lost a long time ville reg. Whatever you do, just remember this is a game and not to take everything someone says so seriously. Even if it sounds spiteful, they could mean something totally different. But as usually i'm sure my opinion will mean just about jack shit to any of you.
