I know how to adjust my own microphone gain etc...
BUT, how can you boost the voice com volume of all players relative to the game's sound effects. I tried the HEV suit volume but that did not seem to do it. Does anyone know how to do this. I am having a helluva time hearing most other people above the SPAM!!!!!! _________________

In the TFC vehicle.
Open TFC and go into "Multiplayer" and then "Customize". .. . You will see a bar you can move, titled "Voice Receice Volume" turn that up. As far as I know, this is the only way to do it. But there may be other ways.
Here is where the bar is. .
Hope that helps! _________________ Recipient of POTM award

Thanks KRG! I will look under this section again. Last time I looked there I don't remember seeing voice sliders being there, but that was before I had gotten the voice to work correctly. I had sound on my motherboard, but the voice setup sytem didn't like it so I finally disabled it and got a SoundBlaster PCI card. I will check again, this is exactly what I was looking for and thought I had looked at all screens. _________________

Well, I tried adjusting the setting you showed KRG. I took the voice recieve volume from about 75% to 100% and it helped slightly. I tried turning down the game volume on another TFC setup page, but that turned everything down. What I really want is something to turn down the sound effects level (spam noise - i.e. nades, rockets and guns - oh my) and leave the voice volume alone, but NOOOOOOO!
If anyone has any more thoughts let me know. Thanks. _________________
