I read about this free FPS in Maximum PCtoday. Has anyone DL'ed and played this yet? I know it was made by good ole Uncle Sam as a recruting tool but is it any good? I am at work right now and can't play at work.

Yes, I downloaded and tried it out...not too bad, I just had some issues such as not able to connect to a multiplayer server and it would not accept my account , so I was not able to progress through the various "schools". Eventually got them worked out and it's quite decent for a free game. The sniper school is fun, just takes you a while to figure out sighting on the targets.
However, I think I will stick to TFC...you just can't beat watching the enemy turn into quivering mush when you snipe them, lol.

It's laggy, and when I look at something my Frames per second slows down a lot. It is a good game though, but they really need to do something about the lag.
