Everytime i open the Windows folder C:\WINDOWS, Norton notifies me that a virus called "W32.Hai" is in there. Norton blocks it, and doesnt allow it to spread, but I am still wondering how I got it. I rarely use email, so that cant be where it comes from. Anyone got any ideas?

just delete it.

I even found a virus while making my sig. (you will see it in a short while)
I just opened a file that i converted to bmp and Northon showed me a virus warning.

I say delete it wright away, even when it's blocked, delete it. That's the safest way!!
