Typing Site Compete with other Regs!

Hey check out TyperA, it has been there for a while but I dont know if the Ville has their own competitive groups fighting for domination with each other yet. Well, I made my own Ville group and I say we all head down over they and COMPETE with each other!

First go to this site http://typera.net/group.html Set your group as Ville and the password Ville
(Ville/Ville)
Then go to Front page
There is a Start game section on the front page; write down you name (Forum name so we know who you are) and select type of typing game and start!

Check out those highscores on our group! Yahoo!

I did it, but that thing annoys me... if you type one letter wrong, or miss a cap, the entire word is marked as wrong, even if it was only one character.

im imporvin though... i've noticed that im typin faster all ready... i think im learnin so fast cos i spend a lot of time on msn and other instant messangers... lol

and whenever i type anything now i touch type it... so i can keep improving.

[EDIT: i just re-tryed... i got 106 touch typing and only 143 typing the way i used to... lol]

Got 3rd, though I admittedly played it twice to get there :-p

Methinks it'd be better if it had more...realistic sentences, none of the text runs together.

DOH!!!!! I got beat by the Computer. Guess I rely on spell check too much. I typed every the as teh. How can Goldom type so fast and still make so little sense?

Hmmm... I've been tested by a true typing teacher at the mid-60's per minute... but that was on sentences that made any sort of sense at all! It's actually hard to type total jibberish... unless you're a kilaak, then I guess it's easy!
