Help me start a NeoTF server

Hello all. I need help getting a dedicated NeoTF server started. I would appreciate it if anyone can walk me through the steps. I would imagine there's a website to guide me through it. Any help/tips/suggestions would help. I've created regular TFC servers before, But I can't figure out how to get it to create
