Retail couple marry at 7.11 on 7/11 in 7-Eleven shop

A Florida couple who met in a 7-Eleven shop got married at 7.11am yesterday - the date Americans call 7/11.

Former manager Randy Kimball and employee Sharon Stehli met in the Fort Myers shop two years ago.

Mr Kimball said: "I figured if I got married at 7:11 on 7/11 in 7-Eleven, it'd be hard to forget my anniversary."

His wife said: "We met here so we didn't consider getting married any other place."

The brief ceremony was performed by Dee Blazina, a notary and assistant manager at another 7-Eleven shop.

The groom wore dark sunglasses, a Hawaiian shirt and shorts. The bride wore a Hawaiian print sarong dress. Both wore shark tooth necklaces.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds sipped coffee from a foam 7-Eleven cup.

Wasen't Ktulu and Hoax was it???
