With your webhost, you cannot "remotely link" apparently. That means you cannot put an image (your sig) on that site, but have the image (your sig) diplayed on another site (theville). But, when you visit your site, it caches the image, so now when you go to theville your web browser (probably internet explorer), will look in the cache first and find the image cached from when you visited your website. Thus showing the image when it technically should not come up. |

other sig-related question: why does mine make the screen widen, so there's a horizonal scrollbar, and stuff is more to the right, even though the sig is shorter than the window? (this thread will have that happen too, now that ive posted in it...) |

Just my opinion but there shoud be some kind of height/width restriction on sigs, just really irritates me having to move the scroll bar to read a post b/c someone has an extra wide sig. _________________ "Don't be so humble - you are not that great."

I don't mind the sigs here. I really don't think we need any 400x100 under 40 kb restrictions like you finely have your sig measured to I still need my friend to remake mine (one of the old ones that is not as crappy as the one I made). |

Yeah, well exactly. I mean, I do not see any bar appearing or any changes in the window or screen when you have a post. Here (at work) I'm at 1152*864.
However I see that your sig is indeed smaller than the width of the screen all right. Just no bar appearing _________________ PJ --- ancient IDIOT with a rusty CROWBAR....
