I listen to Rage Against the Machine mainly while playing TFC...just brings out my more aggressive nature. Sometimes, I will throw in the Matrix soundtrack, as it is pretty darn good too.

Actually i generally agree with warhammer, though every so often i'll play something quietly in the background. Something upbeat generally. I listen to just about all sorts of music, so long as it's somewhat cheerful.

Even if I wanted to listen to music, I probably couldn't. My sound card is HORRIBLE

My sound card is pretty decent, so I can play music and not really be distracted. I can hear my grenades and stuff pretty well at least...I don't normally hear people even without music, so I don't notice that loss. I just run and die a lot in game anyway.

Actually that brings up something i've been wondering about... is there any way to make footsteps a bit louder? I can barly hear them when there is no other sound at all... kinda annoying. I want to hear people around corners, dang it!

I cant play to music, ya it might get me pumped up a little but I need to hear things around me. Plus its hard enough for me to understand some ppl on voice comm, adding music would make it even worse. I just need to spend some $$ and get the rest of my speaks so I can have surround sound. db has that at his house and untill you play with full surround sound you dont know what your missing.
