Problem

I was wondering if anyone had this problem when starting a new game, after u select a class the class picture goes away and u get stuck no player appears u just see everyone fighting except u. I have this problem everytime i reinstalled half-life and the problem still happens.

Yes I have this problem on TV3. I just exit out and go back in and it will work fine.

I've had that once or twice - reconnecting to server solves it for me.
Occasionally I'll select a class/team and it'll take me back to the MOTD - but that's probably just me and my ping

I get something similar. I will try to pick a team but the screen just pops back to the team selection splash. This started with 1108 update. The only I can get in is to disconnect and reconnect to the server. This also sometimes happens when changing maps. Sometimes I will also just time out when changing maps.

Only happens to me on warpath, my solution is to do auto select and let the server stick me on a team. I suspect its a small glitch with one of the adminmod plugins and 1108.
