Keyboard Mapping

I am always interested to see how differently others set up their gaming experience. For interests sake, my k/board is mapped as follows :-

Q Strafe Left
W Jump
E Strafe Right
S Crouch

Left Mouse Fire
Right Mouse Forward
Middle Mouse - push for voice, rotate for weapon cycle

G - Primary Grenade
T - Seconday Grenade

O - Mapped to +sgcam (when i am in Engie mood)
H - Mapped to detdispenser

Change team / class is defaulted

Enter - Use (god alone knows where to use this in m/player

Move Back - aint no key mappd here - Real HW's don't move backward Halcyon.

My layout is as follows:

w- forward
s- back
a- turn left
d- turn right
q- strafe left
e- strafe right

i- voice comm

space bar- jump
z- crouch

of course the mouse buttons are
1- primary fire
2-secondary
wheel- change weapons

enter - use

grenades are default f and g

oh and by the way the use button comes in handy for elevator on crossover

Right my main stuff is numpad area, so I'll do them first:
4/6: strafe left/right
8/2: forwards/backwards
Enter: Use
0: Duck
.(del): 2nd fire/special menu thing
/: screenshot
*:detonate dispensor
Page Down: reload

Um...Mouse:
button 1: fire
button 2: jump
Mwheel: change weapons

Rest of Keyboard:
B: change class
N: change team
,: detpack for 5 seconds
.:grin:etpack for 50 seconds
q,w,e,r,a,s,d,f,c: incoming spy as binds
z: medic call

think that's it
rest are bound to say commands

Edited to add:
7/9 on numpad are the 2 grenades
T: spray
Y: chat
u: teamchat
I: voicechat

i guess i'm the only guy who uses MOUSE2 to move forward eh?

the rest are:
MOUSE1 : primary fire
MOUSE3(wheel): special key like zoom, or engy options
A/D: strafe left,right
S: crouch
ALT: move back
W: jump
Q: prime primary grenade
E: prime sec grenade
R: det dispenser
T: talk
Z: Medic!
C: set detpack 5sec
V: set detpack 50sec

Heres mine. It's based on the home typing
keys so I don't have to rearrange to type. Good thing since the letters have long rubbed off.
a backward
s strafe L
d run
f strafe R
g gernade 1
t gernade 2
r reload
e action key (good for an occasional elevator)
w special bind depending on what I'm playing
q same as above
caps lock voice activate
space jump
b duck (I hit B and spacebar same time with thumb to crouch jump
v ahhh my sprays yes
c set det 5 sec. (the church door is mine)
x bags (for my eng friends and hw buddies)
z Medic (NOW!!!)
y say
u team chat
h spy radar
j i forget what j is for (violent Femmes song:)Kiss off I believe
scroll wheel weapons up down
scroll button last weapon
thats my basic set up everthing else is default I have some say binds that I never use I just type it out. Getting good at typing again.

I use all the defaults except for:
J=detdispenser
F1=talk

Pretty unimaginitive but that is the way I learned how to play and ya can't teach an old dog new tricks.

My controls are actually a lot like greebos

5 - forward
2 - back
4, 6 - strafe
1, 3 - turn
0 - jump
enter - crouch
/ - first gren
* - second gren
8 - reload
mouse1, mouse2, primary and secondary fire
scroll - change weapon
scroll button - use
Q, W - sentry gun commands when i'm engy
b - change class

I think thats it, i dont even have a lot of text binds, I've been told i'm pretty retarded when it comes ot control configuration...but hey, whatever works.

I use the arrow keys for my forward/backward strafe left/right movement.
CTRL - crouch
Enter - Use
D - detdispenser
m - medic
mouse 1 - fire
right mouse button - secondary fire

keypad . - gren 2
shift -options menu
