Acropolis 2 Spawn Camping

I was wondering if it is considered to be spawn camping on acropolis 2 if you stand at the top of the ladders and huck emps at the spawn because that happens way too frequently. I cursed at a lot of people because they were pulling cheap crap like that and if I hurt them I'm sorry but doing crap like that is assanine.

Oh ya, thats spawn camping all right. Make a note of who it is and we will have a few words with them if they are a regular. If they are not a regular then we will make sure they do not return.

Just checking because I saw a few regs doing it but I don't think they knew that could be considered spawn camping. I did it once but I realized it was pitifully easy to drop an EMP on someone and they'd almost never get me.
