After playing tayconc, and trying out some stuff on LAN games against the FoxBots, I tried double concing on TV IV. I never did get it to work out right (tried to turn the corner to apc faster on epicenter).
But that doesn't mean that someone with better skills than me couldn't be doing it right.
Is anyone employing double concing to significant effect on any of TheVille servers? Where are you doing it?

Some spots I've pulled out the ol' double.
Well -- Door to door, or roof to door.
Avanti -- Sniper balcony to defender respawn, attacker respawn to cp2/ladder.
Crossover2 -- From flag spawn out of the pit.
Epicenter -- APC from ledges
Warpath -- Sniper ledge to sniper ledge, cp1/5 from outside of base.
2Fort -- Battlements to battlements
I even pulled out a triple once on Corssover to get the flag and get out the door. But I only did it once and it was in LAN. Maybe someday....
Anyway, the best way to work on these sorts of jumps are on the concmaps. There are maps on both the grudge and VI, so if you ever get the urge, go try a few. And if you see me in game, just ask and I'll show you a couple

On epicenter, do you go from the ledge, over the fence, and then left down to the apc?
Or do you go from the doorway leading to the ledges, and around the room with broken walls? (kind of hard to put it in words, and i'm at work, so I can't use screenshots)
I can go over the fence and down in a LAN game, but not around the building.
Have you tried double concing to the apc with a tesla and sg? are you moving fast enough to cap before the tesla zaps?
Thanks for the response by the way, I'm gonna keep honing the conc skills and work one into regular play.

I don't play a lot of neo, so I'm not sure about the Tesla. It's pretty slow though and it doesn't have much range, so I would assume you could zip right by it. A lvl3 sg is a bit more of a problem. Normally, as long as you go perpendicular to their path of fire you can get by them with little damage. Unfortunately, in the two cases you mentioned above, youd be coming right at it, over it, and past its blind spot. I think you'd get moved down before you get over it though. I'd try doing your double over fence area instead of the broken walls, this just gives any enemies and their guns less time to track you.

Ok Target, to avoid those nasty neo treats guarding the nmy cap point on Epicenter, I offer this tip! You can conc or grenade jump onto the roof in these pics. From there, you can take out everything with your nail gun before you go in for the cap!

thats a good tactic KRG. I use it excecpt i go pyro and jump up there, then rain firey hell on the cap point. Only time it sux is when a HW gets into the broken building and can shoot you. This only works if your are playing Neo though.

2 hh jumps are the fastest, one as you leave the lower door in the respawn gets you half way, the the next jump gets you on the apc, hard to explain though, hehe
