Hello Ville message board. People keep talking about "omg i just posted on the board" so I am posting too.

I thought I'd share my most recent letter I sent to Arby's to which they sent me a crappy response which I am not happy with.

Subject: Arby's feedback

Dear person who handles feedback,

I hope this message finds you in good health as it is very important to the future of my fast food lifestyle. Let me start by telling you a little background to clear up, or possibly cause, any confusion you may incur as a result of this comments section.

About three years ago I had my first taste of Arby's at a less than appetizing location somewhere in middle America. I can't remember the day of the week or even where it was any longer but I know it tasted slightly better than cat food at the time.

People say that taste buds grow with age and since I'm three years older perhaps mine expanded because now I find that same beef and cheddar to be somewhat of an exotic and wonderful delicacy that not enough people are enjoying today. I have yet to try any cat food to make sure I don't also enjoy that now.

So what could be wrong? Quite simply, it's the Jalapeno Bite dilemma I've been facing as of late. After rediscovering Arby's and the beef N' cheddar I expanded my menu selection to also enjoy the Bites, or as I have always called them, Poppers. Through my travels my discoveries show that not all Arby's have poppers. Sometimes I've seen different regions of the country offer different menu items, but never on such a small scale like this. I have two Arby's within 20 minutes of each other, one carry's "poppers" one does not. The other one is also not 24/7 like the Poppers Arby's so my friends and I have now dubbed that the “Loser Arby's.”

This weekend I had the opportunity to go out of state to the mystical land of Iowa where I'm happy to say your company has infiltrated almost every exit with a building. Given my addiction to all things cheese and beef I stopped at an Arby's on my drive out. They did not have the Bites. They did have those stupid potato triangles that are gross though.

On the way back I thought I'd try a new exit, a new Arby's. My eyes lit up with excitement when I saw the Bites on the menu. The drive-thru camera may have even caught a bit of droll rolling out of my mouth as I attempted to order 2 Beef and Cheddars with a 5pc Jalapeño Bite. I say attempted, because Bites were out of stock until Thursday.

I'm addicted to the food it is going to bring an end to me. To make sure you understand how much I enjoy Arby's, I would probably resort to holding up liquor stores and gas stations for money to buy food if I ever lost my job, or my mind. Or both. Luckily I don't think I'd ever put a hold up on an Arby's because I would never hurt something I love so much.

Please help me understand why the Bites are sporadic and random. Also the sauce you give them with is gross. Luckily they're delicious on their own.

Many Thanks

That is so Awesome. Embrace our culture, don't deny it!
Intead of 'bites' I've always called them '99 cent sucker punch' (regardless of price)
They had them on sale for .99 and my guts felt truly 'sucker punched'. Who can deny all that beef and melted cheese that comes with a bread-like vehicle to hold it all together! I just can't eat more than a few.
