Hey guys, I've played DoD, but I can't seem to find DoD version of theville.org II online. What's the name of it and how can I get one?

By version, do you mean 2.0? That is the current version of DoD. You can get it here www.dayofdefeatmod.com

Or you can just use the Current Players feature on the site here. Just go into options and change -tfc to -dod.
Speaking of which is it possible to save different configurations for different servers. Its bothersome to switch my plug-in between tfc and dod all the time. Just wondering.
