well i used to the have the program but i dont anymore...wat was the name of the prgram again? and also how do u get into the game? which folder in steam do u put it in???

I think there is one called HL Decal Creator. You have to rename the pldecal.wad to tempdecal.wad and put it in the mod folder (i.e. Day of Defeat/dod).

someone plx help me im going crazy... i got wally and im tryin to change the spray to wad so i can put the decal in my dod folder but its not workin
i open up the image and then wat do i do?

well theres a lot of guidelines for using wally

the image must have a length and width in multiples of 16 with the overall resolution equallying no more than 10752 i believe, which is 96x112 pixels. you can mix and bend those so long as the total pixel count doesn't go too high and you stay within the multiple of 16 rule. past thats its cake.. untill you want it to go transparent then you are in for it. so for as simple as a lot of my sprays may look ( axis mg for instance) it has had a lil bit of work put into it.

I use custom strike's Decal Converter which is simple and straightforward.

well i have got rid of wally and got HLDC(Half Life Decal Creator) and i got it working..wallys to complex for me so i will stick with this decal creator and thatnx for all the help!

Hey I was woundering does this program also work with .gif sprays. I've noticed a few people out there in source and things have animated gifs as sprays.
