New =SS= Tag

I think its time for a new tag for =SS=. It never used to be a big deal but too often now I am getting asked about it and if it's associated with the SS Waffen. And for every one person that asks theres probably 5 that didn't and assume it has something to do with the Nazi group. I do not want =SS= and =USV= and ultimately The Ville being associated with that group. Although we do play a WWII game we do not believe nor support those ideals.

So I'm leaving it up to you, the faithful poster and Villun. Help pick the new tag. Submissions may be left here then those in US-V will pick the top ones we like and put it to a vote.

Use your imaginations and have fun.

Try writing it backwards

Well To be honost I did not like it in the beginning and we had discussions on its usage in USV....that was when we3 was still a TFC group. It was decided that this is a game and the intent was not in support of any Nazi group.

Now that we are mostly dod. It does go with the theme. However...I certainly would not blame you for not wanting to be associated politicaly or ideologically with anything to do with that era of time and people.

just use the =USV= tag first

ex.....

=USV=Jackthehomeless=SS=

=USV-Jackthehomeless-SS=

I personally don't give a damn about the SS - it happened in the past, and though I may have an interest in everything involved in the war, it's left there. People need to not be so uptight.

Shovel charge. It has actually happened on the eastern front, too, so I suppose it would be fitting. Nothing more amusing than the idea of a broken down group of Germans charging the Russians with nothing but shovels and kicking their ass.

If people give you crap about it, tell them to shove it.

The war happened over 50 years ago, we know you arent a nazi, and if they wanna think otherwise, then they can find some other place to play. I don't want a whole bunch of sniveling whiners clogging up our servers anyways.

I say leave it as "=SS=," not only is it appropriate because the only team that gets shovels is the german team, but it also looks cool.

I understand what you are saying Kopi and Lt. Black but heres my view on it. I think =SS= might be turning some people away from the ville, because its giving a bad impression. Thats what bothers me.

yeah probably the best idea would be to put it at the end...and stevo the thing with ss is that it just rolls off the tongue...SHOVEL SQUAD...idk maybe its just me but you guys will always be ss to me even if you do ultimately change your name

thats another thing bender. we used to use shovels all the time but we really dont anymore.

I was kinda hoping you guys could give us a totally new name, completely unrelated to the current.
