Hey everyone,

Now that the website is back up I decided it was time to join the forums

So I wanted to post to let people know about "VTP" - the "Ville Team Players".

A few of us who frequent the Ville Day of Defeat servers decided we wanted to put together a more formal group of players that above all else stick together with their fellow teamates, and will always be there to cover one another in the heat of battle.

We are not a clan to compete with anyone else, we have no "leaders" or "ranks", and no rules other than to follow that of the Villes, and have a good time playing.

As there is no recruiting on the Ville servers, we won't be "scouting" around for players or trying to push players to join. Any likeminded person who plays Day of Defeat to get a good group of teamplay going can let us know they want to join. As long as you have a good attitude anyone is welcome! And if your not up for joining the team but see some VTP's in the server, know right away were ready for a good game of team playing with you.

I'm going to get a Ville membership shortly, and with that i'll be posting a website with more information for everyone to check out.

Most of us will be calling "The Ville VII" home as soon as all the servers are %100 again. And I will also note we are here to play DoD on the Ville for as long as they support it. We won't branch out to other games/servers. This is our home, and this is where we will stay

As this is my first time letting anyone know about VTP, if anything we are doing is a problem let me know!

Other than that, thanks so much to the ville for providing this place for us to play DoD! I'm sure I speak for all that we appreciate it very much!

so how r u gonna pick people? like everyone on the servers could jon meaning that you would have like 100 people in the clan??? j/w

If 100 people were interested in playing as a team, then yes, everyone could join.

Cool. Sounds like a good group. The letters VTP look cool together, too.

Have you thought about possibly joining up with another Ville group as a chapter or something?

If you dont want to go to the lengths of creating a guild, you could just wear the -TPF- tag by your name, it stands for "Team Play First," it's an old Team Fortress and Counter Strike tradition, its not a guild, its just a tag you wear to let people know that you play for the team and not for the stats.

Wow...my name is almost overwhelmed by the capitals. We'll see then. And I think you should message <eva> S.Squirrel about it, or the leaders of TheVille. They might have a word or two.
